About the Malta Permanent Residence Programme
The Malta Permanent Residence Programme grants permanent residency to non-EU nationals through a combination of a property investment, a government contribution, and a donation to a registered Maltese NGO. Approved applicants and their family members receive Maltese residence cards giving them visa-free access to the Schengen Area for up to 90 days in any 180-day period.

Open to non-EU, non-EEA, non-Swiss nationals with assets of at least EUR 500,000 (of which EUR 150,000 must be financial assets).
