About the The Residence Programme

The Residence Programme is the EU-equivalent of the Global Residence Programme: it grants a flat 15% tax rate on remitted foreign-source income to EU, EEA, and Swiss nationals who hold qualifying property in Malta. Like the GRP, it carries a minimum annual tax of EUR 15,000.
