What this index is, and is not
These are asking prices from listings advertised on one portal, not achieved rents and not a census of the Maltese rental market. The sample is concentrated among a small number of advertising agencies, which the methodology quantifies each quarter. Areas and segments with fewer than 10 qualifying listings are suppressed rather than published. Read the full methodology.
