About the Malta Nomad Residence Permit
The Malta Nomad Residence Permit lets remote workers and freelancers from outside the EU live in Malta for up to one year (renewable up to four years) while working for foreign clients or employers. Holders pay 0% Maltese tax on their foreign income for the first 12 months, and 10% thereafter.
