About Mdina
Mdina, the Silent City, is Malta's medieval former capital, a fortified hilltop town inhabited continuously since Phoenician times. The historic core has only around 250 permanent residents, almost no through traffic, and palazzo properties that change hands rarely and at the top of the Maltese market.
