Browse a broad selection of residential and commercial properties available for rent across Malta and Gozo. Rental options include short-term and long-term leases on apartments, maisonettes, townhouses, and villas. This section caters to individuals, couples, families, students, and professionals seeking flexible living arrangements. Filters allow renters to search by location, monthly rent, number of rooms, pet allowance, air conditioning, outdoor areas, or furnished status. Properties are located in central hubs like Sliema and St. Julian's, as well as quieter towns for those seeking more space or tranquility. Whether looking for a short-term rental near the beach or a long-term family home in a residential area, the rental listings are updated frequently to reflect current availability.

Converted farmhouses are among the most sought-after property types on the islands, concentrated in Gozo and in the rural cores of Mgarr, Dingli, Siggiewi, Zebbug, Qala, Xaghra and Nadur. The traditional form is a stone building set around a courtyard, with thick walls, high ceilings, exposed limestone and, in most converted examples, a pool in the yard. They sell to buyers looking for character and privacy rather than convenience, and they dominate the high-end holiday-let market in Gozo. Condition ranges from fully restored and habitable to shells sold for conversion, so filters for pool, bedroom count and finished state carry more weight than price per square metre.

Three-bedroom properties offer spacious layouts ideal for larger families, shared households, or buyers seeking long-term living space. These homes typically include a master bedroom, two additional rooms, and ample shared living areas such as dining rooms, large kitchens, and outdoor terraces. Listings are found in suburban areas, villages, and larger town centers across Malta and Gozo. Common features include private gardens, garages, multiple bathrooms, and dedicated office or play spaces. This category supports growing families, multigenerational households, or those wanting extra storage and flexibility. Properties with three or more bedrooms are also in demand for shared rentals and investment purposes.
