Set in a quiet street, just off the seafront, this 1910 period house retains typical features like old facade, colourful patterned tiles, honey-coloured walls and wooden beams. Nonetheless, it is equipped with modern furnishings and commodities. This old townhouse is set on 2 floors with all bedrooms overlooking a small garden. On the first floor, one walks into an open plan living-room, dining-room and modern kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms on the first floor with open sunny balconies overlooking the garden with balcony table and chairs for breakfast/aperitive. There is a bathroom with a washing-machine on the first floor. Stairs will lead you downstairs to another large chill-out area at garden level.
