Air Rights in Naxxar

A plot of land in the lovely area of Birguma, Naxxar, with amazing open country views. Currently without permits however the plot is in the zone area of a four plus one. The owner has informed us that the area will shortly fall within the building scheme. At the moment there is no road, but it is being scheduled to have one in place. It's a very peaceful and sought-after residential area. This plot of land is being offered Freehold.
